All fabrication and erection works are carried out by our experienced engineers and technical personnel under international standards, clients' quality requirements and according to given certificates and licenses which we comply with:

  • EN ISO 3834-2:2005 - Fusion Welding of Metallic Materials Management Quality Requirements System,
  • TS EN 1090-2:2008 - (replaced by DIN18800-7) - Technical Requirements for the Execution of Steel Structures System,
  • TS EN 1090-1:2009 - Conformity of the Construction Products and Respects the Requirements of the EU Regulation 305/2011,
  • EN 15085-2:2007 – Railway applications. Welding of railway vehicles and components. Quality requirements and certification of welding manufacturer

Our certifications are manufactured in accordance with EN ISO 15614, PQR and EN ISO 15609 WPS. Welding operations are carried out by certified welders according to EN ISO 9606-1 and are controlled by our NDT operators certified according to EN ISO 9712 or SNT-TC-1A.

Quality Department is placed directly under the General Manager in CTS organization chart that gives a dynamic role which takes part at every stage of production. Staff is certificated for calibration of the measurement tools and the quality department is able to apply the following NDT methods for welding process with its certificated staff;

  • Visual Test (VT)
  • Penetrant Test (PT)
  • Magnetic Particle Test (MT)
  • Ultrasonic Test (UT)

For manufacturing progress, PQR as per EN ISO 15614 and WPS as per EN ISO 15609 are followed strictly. All welding activities are carried out by our experienced welding operators who are certified as per EN ISO 9606-1. NDT activities are carried out by our own inspectors who has certified as per EN ISO 9712.
